Walker will be making his first career appearance at the national meet as he posted the 23rd best mark in the country this season in the hammer throw. His school record heave traveled 224'11" (68.55m) and he collected a sixth place finish in the east region.
Wolter qualified for his first outdoor NCAA Championship meet at the ACC Outdoor Championships as he collected the title in the decathlon with a facility record score of 7880. His score marked the 13th best in the nation so far this season.
