Reed Finishes Sixth at USA Diving Winter Nationals

MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – University of Pittsburgh senior diver Dylan Reed finished sixth in the 1-meter with a score of 621.40 during the final day of the 2022 USA Diving Winter Nationals, Sunday afternoon.

Pitt had three divers compete at the week-long event: Reed, Ethan Radio and Jackson Salisbury. Reed finished eighth overall in the synchronized men's 3-meter with a score of 514.56, competing alongside Kentucky's Samuel Duncan. Reed also finished 21st overall in preliminaries of the individual men's 3-meter with a score of 305.05.

Radio and Salisbury also competed in the synchronized men's 3-meter, finishing 10th overall with a score of 439.20.

Pitt will return to the pool in the new year as the Panthers host West Virginia, Jan. 14, at Trees Pool. Diving events will begin at 9 a.m. with swimming events to follow at noon.
