Panthers Prep for NCAA Zone A Championships

PITTSBURGH – The Pitt men's and women's diving teams are set to compete in the NCAA Zone A Championships this week at the Greensboro Aquatic Center beginning Thursday, March 11 through Saturday, March 13.
SCHEDULE
Both the men and women will compete in the 1-meter, 3-meter and platform dives. Each day's events begin at 10:30 a.m.
Competition begins with the men's 3-meter and women's 1-meter. Friday, the men compete in the platform and the women the 3-meter, followed by the men's 1-meter and the women's platform Saturday.

PARTICIPANTS
The Panthers will have eight compete for a chance to compete at the NCAA Championships in Greensboro March 17-20.
The following are who are competing and their respective event:
Women
On the men's side, Reed earned 16th in the 1-meter (296.80) and 19th in the 3-meter (303.80). Parquet recorded a score of 319.35 in the 1-meter on Jan. 23 against Duquesne, while Ahart hit a personal-best score of 301.43 in the platform Jan. 30 at home vs. Army.
