Pitt Wrestling to Host Blue-Gold Dual

PITTSBURGH—The University of Pittsburgh will welcome college wrestling fans back to the Fitzgerald Field House on Thursday evening as the Pitt wrestling team hosts its Blue-Gold Dual at 7:30 p.m.
TICKET INFORMATION
Admission is FREE for Thursday's Blue-Gold Dual at 7:30 p.m. at the Fitzgerald Field House. Fans can purchase Pitt wrestling season tickets at this link.
The Panthers, coming off an 11th-place team finish at the NCAA Wrestling Championships, will host an exciting home schedule during the 2021-22 campaign, featuring home matchups against perennial powers Arizona State and NC State, ACC foes Virginia and Virginia Tech, nonconference opponents Maryland and Penn and a dual at the Petersen Events Center against Columbia as well.
Start times and broadcast information for wrestling matches will announced at a later date.
THE MATCHUPS
Head coach Keith Gavin will use the exhibition matches to help set his lineup for the 2021-22 campaign.
Here is the projected slate of matches for Thursday's Pitt Wrestling Blue-Gold Dual:
Fans are reminded that masks will be required at all times in the Fitzgerald Field House. Pitt Athletics also encourages fans to not bring any type of bags. However, fans will be able to carry clear bags – plastic, vinyl or PVC – in as long as they do not exceed 12'' x 6'' x 12'' in size. Small clutch bags – approximately the size of a hand – and diaper bags are also permitted.
