PITTSBURGH – The University of Pittsburgh swimming team dominated the Carnegie Mellon Tartans in the annual relays-only meet Saturday morning at Trees Pool. The women's team went seven-for-seven in first-place finishes, while the men concluded the day with six.
"It was a lot of fun," head coach John Hargis said. "We've done this meet a few years now and it always kicks off the year in a fun way. Today we saw lot of really good racing and I think where we are right now from a training standpoint, we are on a very good trajectory. I am looking forward to the next couple of weekends of racing."
