Pitt Softball to Host Walk-On Tryouts Sept. 12

Panthers to Host Open Tryout for Pitt Students
PITTSBURGH – The University of Pittsburgh softball program will host walk-on tryouts for the 2020 campaign Thursday, Sept. 12 for current Pitt students.
Tryouts will take place at Vartabedian Field starting at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12. Interested students must be enrolled full-time at the University of Pittsburgh and have remaining NCAA eligibility.
In order to compete in the tryouts, interested parties must complete a packet of information that can be picked up at the softball offices on the third floor of the Fitzgerald Field House. Information must be returned to Director of Softball Operations, Michelle Huber, by 5 p.m. on Sept. 9. If all items are not completed by that date, an individual will not be permitted to try out.
