Hermanek Adds Crittendon to 2020 Roster

Transfer from Virginia Tech to Join Panthers
PITTSBURGH – University of Pittsburgh softball head coach Jodi Hermanek announced Thursday the addition of Jada Crittendon to the Panthers' 2020 roster.
A redshirt sophomore from fellow ACC school Virginia Tech, Crittendon will sit her first year at Pitt due to inter-conference transfer rules.

Played in 10 games … Scored a run as a pinch runner at Charlotte … Swiped her first career stolen base against Binghamton … Recorded a hit in her first career at-bat against Binghamton … ACC Academic Honor Roll member.

Redshirted … ACC Academic Honor Roll member.
HIGH SCHOOL
Four-time letterwinner at Granby High School … Second Team All-Conference selection as a junior … First Team All-Conference and First Team All-Region honoree as a senior … Team advanced to regionals in both her junior and senior year … National Honor Society and Honor Roll member.

Played for the Orion Hunter 18U Gold team.
PERSONAL
Daughter of Darrell and Queen Crittendon … Uncle, Kevin Crittendon, ran track at UNC and was a three-time ACC Outdoor Champion in the triple jump.
