Panthers Primed for Success at the Purdue Invite

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The University of Pittsburgh swimming & diving program arrived in Indiana this week ahead of the Panthers' premier fall invitational meet – the Purdue Invite from Nov. 21-23.
This weekend will see the Panthers chase school records as well as the best times and marks in the nation as head coach John Hargis leads a rested group of athletes into competition against the likes of host Purdue, Louisville, Navy, FIU and several other programs in a three-day meet at the Burke Aquatic Center in West Lafayette.
Swimming preliminary heats will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with finals starting at 6 p.m. each day. Diving qualifying will be held in the afternoon before evening finals determine winners.
