What songs have you completely memorized?
Old school R&B ('90's and 2000's, Usher, Omarion)
In which movie universe would you most like to live?
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory because I have a really bad sweet tooth.
What's the farthest you've ever been from home?
Either to California to see my brother play at UC Irvine, or to Jamaica because my father is Jamaican. My parents actually got married there when I was six. But this is definitely the farthest I have ever been living from home.
Which app do you use the most on your phone?
Snapchat and Instagram, but not because I post, because I like to see what other people are doing.
Why did you choose Pitt?
It just felt right. I feel like they care about you as a person as well as a player. It felt like a family and it kind of orientated a university as well as a team. I'm really indecisive so for me to know straight away after one of my visits that this was where I wanted to go, it must've been right.
What are you studying and why did you choose that subject?
Undecided
Who introduced you to the sport of basketball?
It's quite a rarity because in England not a lot of people grew up around the sport. But my dad played for GB national team, and when he stopped playing he was coaching, so I was around it. Then my brother started playing, and obviously you have to copy your older brother. And that's why I wear long socks because my brother used to wear them. I wanted to be like him, and it's stayed ever since.
Who is your favorite professional athlete of all time?
I watch loads of different sports and love watching good athletes do what they do. You can always appreciate someone where you can tell the dedication and hard work it took them to get there.
What is your most memorable moment from your athletic career so far?
It's always a privilege representing my country, and then playing in an arena for my club team back at home on TV. It was called the Copper Box Arena and we played on BBC. And I had a good game with 33 points. Then (for the third moment) was getting a scholarship to Pitt.
What are you most looking forward to about this season?
I'm excited to see us grow, because we have a lot of new players (including myself), and just to see how far we can go. Right now, I think we have a really good chance at a really good season. And I'm excited to travel through the country and play in some amazing places.
