Panthers Ticket Office Launches Ticket Exchange Program

PITTSBURGH – The Panthers Ticket Office will be offering Pitt Football, Men's Basketball and Women's Basketball season ticket holders the extra benefit of exchanging tickets for future games within the current season, as announced by athletic department officials Monday afternoon.
"We have a terrific fan base of season ticket holders here at Pitt and we are continuously looking for ways to reward them for their commitment to our programs," said Director of Ticket Operations Ben Smith. "The ticket exchange program will allow our customers the opportunity to take full advantage of the season ticket plans and maximize the value of their purchase. Not only will the program benefit the season ticket holder, it will also help build on the terrific gameday atmospheres at Heinz Field and the Petersen Events Center."
Ticket Exchange Program Details
Season ticket holders are able to take advantage of the exclusive benefit through an online system HERE.

Ticket Exchange Program Details
- Only season tickets may be exchanged. Mini package and single game tickets are non-exchangeable.
- Tickets can be exchanged online through the "Manage My Account" page on PittsburghPanthers.com.
- Exchanges must be completed at least 48 hours prior to start of the game that is being exchanged out of. Tickets cannot be exchanged following this 48-hour cutoff.
- No fee will be assessed for ticket exchanges, however the season ticket holder is responsible for paying the difference in ticket cost if exchanging into a higher priced game.
- No refund or credit will be provided if you are exchanging into a lower priced game. It will be a $0 exchange with no fee assessed.
- Seats may only be exchanged into the same price level where your current seats are located. However, if no seats are available in your current price level a representative from the Panthers Ticket Office – 1-800-643-7488 - will be happy to provide you options in other areas of equal or lesser value.
- Tickets must be exchanged for an equal or greater number of tickets.
- Ticket exchanges are subject to seat availability and may not be an option for all home games.
- After ticket exchanges are completed online, tickets will be sent via the Print-at-Home delivery method.
