Dom Forys | 133 Pound Champion
"It feels great to win my first ACC title. I think it shows that all of my hard work has paid off and we've worked for this all year. It shows that the work and time our coaches put in to helping us has also paid off. I think all of that definitely showed at the championship yesterday. I'm so happy that my teammates were able to capture two other titles as well as take third as a team."
Taleb Rahmani | 157 Pound Champion
"My main goal heading to ACCs was to qualifying for NCAAs, so I needed to place within the top four of my weight class. After I did that and made it to the finals, I felt like the pressure was off since I had already locked in my spot. I was able to go out there and have fun picking up a major decision. It means a lot to me, winning my first ACC title. I'm going to be up on the wall in the wrestling room forever, so that's a pretty awesome. I hope that I can get to the other side of the wall for an All-American. That's a good group of guys to be up there with."
TeShan Campbell | 165 Pound Champion
"My mindset heading to ACCs was to focus on the little things. I really wasn't worrying so much about who I had to wrestle, I just wanted to focus on the things I could control which was taking care of my body and managing my weight. I just tried to focus on the little things like watching film and my technique. It means a lot to mean, winning my first title. Last year I didn't place at ACCs, so coming this year and dropping a weight class, I felt like I had a better chance of winning it. To actual go out there and win it shows that we've grown as a team and individually. It takes so much more than just myself to get here. It takes the guys in the room training with you, the coaches putting in the extra effort and even lifting, running and training all plays a role in getting here."
