WATCH: Cassidy Walsh – Living out a Dream

PITTSBURGH – For Pittsburgh native Cassidy Walsh, playing for her hometown team is a dream come true.

Walsh grew up hoping to one day don the Pitt uniform, and she is now taking advantage of the opportunity.

Walsh has settled into her own and is becoming a key contributor off the bench. In conference play, she has made 9-of-18 from behind the arc which ranks her second in the ACC in 3-point field goal percentage.

Walsh and the Panthers will host Wake Forest (11-11, 2-7 ACC) on Thursday night and look to make it three wins in their last four games. Tip is set for 7 p.m. and the game can be seen on ESPN3.
