MUST WATCH: FloTrack's `Workout Wednesday' at Pitt

PITTSBURGH - FloTrack, arguably the biggest and most recognizable track and field outlet in the world, made a visit to Pittsburgh to go through a day in the life of a Pitt sprinter.
Former Pitt All-American and 2016 Olympic hopeful Brycen Spratling, along with current Pitt sprinters, were featured doing a workout provided by head coach Alonzo Webb.
FloTrack went behind the scenes on Tuesday, January 5th, for Pitt's workout which included:
1x300 (42-45 seconds)
2x250 (35-37 seconds)
2x200 (26-28 seconds)
2x150 (17-18 seconds)
Four minute rest in between

The Panthers continue their indoor season this Friday at Youngstown State, while Spratling continues to train for the Olympics Trials which is set for July 1-10 in Eugene, Ore.
