PITTSBURGH -
Pitt Baseball will hold its annual Scout Day Wednesday on the Pitt campus.
Scouts will be present to evaluate talent for all draft eligible players throughout the day, and will be able to watch in-game action during an inter-squad scrimmage at Trees Field.
The Pitt Scout Day will follow a pro style format where approximately 20 players will be showcasing their talent. Included will be a 60-yard dash, pregame batting and infield practice, throwing from the outfield and a nine-inning scrimmage. All draft-eligible pitchers will throw two innings.
The Panthers will continue preparations for the Spring season as they take part in fall workouts through Oct. 12.
