Pitt-Rutgers to be Nationally Televised by ESPN2

PITTSBURGH--Off to its best start in 24 years, the Pitt football team learned today that its Oct. 21 home date with Rutgers will be nationally televised by ESPN2 and kick off at 5:45 p.m.
The game figures to have both Big East and national implications. The Panthers are 6-1 overall (2-0 in the Big East) and looking to break into the nation's Top 25.
