Panthers to Host OGBR Legends at Petersen Events Center

PITTSBURGH - Four days after easing past California (Pa.) in its exhibition opener, the Pitt women's basketball team will host the Ohio Girls Basketball Report (OGBR) Legends on Tuesday evening in the final tune-up before the regular season begins on Friday, Nov. 18.
The Panthers defeated the Vulcans of Cal, 85-48, on Friday evening, and will meet the OGBR Legends, a team comprised of former Ohio high school and college basketball all-stars, for the second consecutive season.
Junior guard Mallorie Winn (San Diego, Calif./Bishop's/Georgia Tech) is coming off a triple-double performance against the Vulcans, posting 12 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists.
