Softball Drops 5-1 and 13-2 Doubleheader To Villanova

In the first game of the afternoon remained scoreless until the top of the fourth as the Wildcats posted five runs that included a three-run homer by Kristen Straight. The Panthers would post their lone run when Sheena Hellon (
Villanova would record two more runs in the top of the sixth on back-to-back doubles by Sheri Donley and Sarah Wall.

Wall would connect on a lead-off homer for the Wildcats in the top of the fifth and would go on to post seven runs in the sixth, including a grand slam by Allison Wisniewski.
