Baseball Travels to Homestead Challenge

PITTSBURGH--The University of Pittsburgh baseball team travels to Homestead, Fla. to participate in the Homestead Challenge. Continuing their season-high 14-game road trip, the Panthers will play eight games in the Challenge before returning home for their home opener against Cleveland State on March 16.
Up first for Pittsburgh (2-1) is the Sacred Heart Pioneers on Sunday, March 7 at 1p.m. Then following a brief break the Panthers return to the field for a 5:30 game against Evansville.
The following is the remainder of the Panthers' schedule while in Homestead:
Monday, March 8--Temple--7 p.m.
Tuesday, March 9--Mount St. Mary's--2 p.m.
Thursday, March 11--Florida International--7 p.m.
Friday, March 12--Iona--2 p.m.
Saturday, March 13--Manhattan College--7 p.m.
Sunday, March 14--Rider--5:30 p.m.
