Brock Van Faussien joined the University of Pittsburgh softball staff Aug. 29, 2018 and enters his first season as an assistant coach at Pitt.

Helped the Southern Louisiana University baseball team win Southland Conference regular season championship in 2015
Saw the Lions beat a program record for wins in a season in 2015 (42)
Helped the Liberty baseball team win 30-plus games in 2001 and 2002
Saw the Flames make an appearance at the Big South Conference Tournament

Helped the Bulldogs reach a 48-13 (16-8 SEC) record
Saw team finish second in the SEC following a last place finish the year prior
