Steven Eiben joined the Pitt Men’s Basketball program as a graduate manager in the summer of 2025 after spending the previous four seasons as a student manager with program. In his role, Eiben assists the coaching staff and director of operations in all logistics with the program.
As a team manager, Eiben managed team camps, workouts, practices, and game day assistance, along with evaluating practice/game film and developing and maintaining data analytics to meet coaches’ needs.
Eiben also spent time with USA Basketball in May 2025, supporting elite youth athletes and coaching staff at the USA Basketball U16 Training Camp.
A 2025 graduate of Pitt, Eiben earned a bachelor of science in marketing with certificates in business analytics and sports management.
