Sarah Ward joined Pitt Sports Marketing powered by JMI Sports in May 2024 as an Account Executive, New Partnerships, to establish new partner relationships for Pitt Athletics.
Prior to joining Pitt, Ward spent two and a half years with the Pittsburgh Pirates as an Account Executive on the Ticket Sales and Service team.
Ward graduated in December 2021 from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s in Integrated Strategic Communication. While at the University of Kentucky, Ward interned with JMI Sports where she helped with partnership activations.
A native if Chagrin Falls, OH, Ward currently resides in downtown Pittsburgh.

What is your favorite thing to do in the city of Pittsburgh?
Attend sporting events or concerts.
Hobbies outside of work?
I love playing pickleball, taking a Solid Core class or enjoying the river walk! If I am not outside you can find me watching a show or reading!
