Mike Meyer joined Pitt Sports Marketing in September of 2022 as Vice President of Sports Sponsorship Sales. Meyer oversees all aspects of the athletic department’s corporate partnership efforts.
Meyer comes to Pitt Sports Marketing after serving as General Sales Manager of The Pittsburgh Steelers Radio Network for 20-plus years. In addition, Meyer also has TV media sales experience, and worked in college athletics.
A 1988 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s in communications, Meyer also received a masters in sports administration at West Chester University. Meyer was a four-year letterwinner on the baseball team. He helped the team to three PSAC Championship appearances, including a team title in 1988.
A native of Somerset, PA, Meyer resides in Wexford, PA has two boys, Brady and Carson, who play on the North Allegheny Football and Basketball teams.
