Julie Brennan joined the Athletic Department at the University of Pittsburgh in November of 2022. Brennan previously worked as a preschool teacher at the University Child Development Center at Pitt.
Brennan graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Education. She loves to cheer on the Panthers alongside her kids. Julie’s three children are following in her proud Pitt footsteps. All are Pitt graduates, or a soon to be graduate.
A Pittsburgh native, Brennan resides in Lawrenceville with her husband.

The Cathedral of Learning when the victory lights are on.
Favorite Sports Moment at Pitt?
Watching the Backyard Brawl 2022, with my two kids, while my youngest daughter was cheering. The pick six by MJ Devonshire to take the lead was so amazing to see. I had never heard a crowd cheer that loudly before.
Hobbies outside of work?
I love running, baking, and traveling to New York city to visit my kids.

Friday night Karaoke at Froggy’s in Bloomfield
