2015-16: Defeated No. 30 Pat Gillen of Virginia by decision (3-2), lifting Pitt to a team win over the Cavaliers … Lost in sudden victory to No. 2 Ty Walz of Virginia Tech (3-2) … Lost in a major decision to No. 1 Nick Gwiazdowski of NC State (12-2) … Dropped a 4-2 decision to No. 5 Austin Marsden of Oklahoma State … Pinned conference opponent Brendan Walsh of Duke (4:59) and Davidson’s Will Cooley (2:27) on his way to a 3-0 record at Pitt Duals … Went 1-2 at the Lock Haven Classic … Finished second at the Keystone Classic with a 3-1 record, including a pin of Sacred Heart’s John Harnett (1:39) … Won in a 7-5 decision over Maryland’s Dawson Peck at the Terrapin Duals, lifting the Panthers to a 16-15 team victory over the host team.

2014-15: NCAA Qualifier, where he went 2-2 ...ACC Runner-up at 285 pounds ... NCAA Qualifier ... Finished fifth at the Keystone Classic, going 4-2 in his first action of the season ... Started his run with a fall of VMI's Jake Tomlinson in 36 seconds ... Also picked up an 8-3 decision over Harvard's Angus Cowell and a 3-2 decision over South Dakota St.'s Nathan Robert ... In the fifth-place match, recorded a 13-1 major decision against Eastern Michigan's Anthony Abro ... Went 2-2 at the Cleveland State Open, picking up a 4-2 deicison against Gannon's Nigel Toussaint in the opening round and a fall of James Empfield (Mercyhurst) in a season-best 20 seconds ... Competed at the Southern Scuffle finishing 3-2 ... Registered his third career fall at 1:38 over Ira Dent (Chattanooga), scored a 12-4 major decision versus Wyomin's Brandon Tribble and a 6-4 decision against Marshall Haas of the Citadel ... High School: Wrestled four years at Milton Area High School, going 141-14 overall ... A four-time state place winner and two-time state champion ... Was the Greco Fargo National Champion during the summer leading up to his senior season and placed third in freestyle ... Went 33-10 as a freshman and placed sixth at states ... Followed that up with a runner-up finish at states while going 35-3 as a sophomore ... Was the state champion with a 36-1 record as a junior ... 2012 Beast of the East Champion ... Made it back-to-back state titles following a perfect 37-0 record as a senior.
