2024-2025 Indoor: Attended three meets for the Panthers…Cagliola recorded personal bests in the 1500m (4:39.57) and the mile (4:59.62) at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational.

2024 Outdoor: Appeared in five meets...finished in second place in the 1500m for a new personal best of 4:39.62 at the Benson/Hodge Memorial Invitational...recorded a fourth place finish in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 11:06.24.

2023-24 Indoor: Ran in three indoor meets...recorded a new personal best of 10:18.98 in the 3000m at the Nittany Lion Challenge...ran a personal best for 5:04.82 in the mile at teh Boston University David hemery Valentine Invitational.

2023 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets... Tallied a time of 7:19.14 in the women's 2000 Steeplechase, finishing in sixth place at the UCF Black and Gold Invite... recorded a personal best in the 1500m at the Duke Invitational with a clip of of 4:45.50... Set a new 3000 Steeplechase at ACC Championships, finishing in 18th place with a time of 11:05.22.

2022-23 Indoor: Competed in three indoor meets for the Panthers... recorded a personal best 5:18.53 in the mile at the Nittany Lion Challenge, finishing 17th... recorded a personal best in the 3000m with a time of 10:23.41 at the Tiger Paw Invite, securing 15th place.

High School: Two-time individual and team district champion at Pope John Paul II High School in Limerick, Pa.… Earned both First-Team All-Area XC and First-Team All-Conference honors three times… Holds school records for the 3200 (11:13) and the 4x400 Relay (4:09)… As a freshman in 2018-19: Set her 5k personal best at 20:13 and her 3200 personal best at 12:04… As a sophomore in 2019-20: Improved her 5k personal best to 19:29… As a junior in 2020-21: Set her school-record pace in the 3200 at 11:18… As a senior 2021-22: Matched her school record in the 3200 and improved her 5k time to 18:53.
