2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 Indoor: Competed in two meets during his senior indoor campaign for the Panthers... Opened his season with a third place finish in the 800m dash with a season-best time of 1:54.26 at the Youngstown State Icebreaker (Dec. 6)... Helped the Panthers 4x400m relay team finish in second place at the Youngstown State Icebreaker (Dec. 6) with a time of 3:21.54... Posted a 17th place finish in the 800m dash at the Doug Raymond National (Feb. 14) as he finished in 1:56.83.

2019 Outdoor: Participated in the 800m and 4x400m relay at the ACC Championships (May 11) … Took home first in the 800m at the Mountaineer Open (May 4) with a time of 1:51.00 …Placed fourth in the 800m with a time of 1:50.37 at the Raleigh Relays (March 30) … Came in first in the 800m with a time of 1:50.43 at the FSU Relays (March 23) … Ran on the 4x400m relay team that placed first at the Raleigh Relays (March 30) in 3:12.94 and fifth at the Tennessee Relays (April 11) in 3:13.14, FSU Relays (March 23) in 3:14.11 and Yellow Jacket Invitational (March 16) in 3:20.22.

2018-19 Indoor: Participated in the 800m, 4x400m relay and distance medley relay at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 23) … Ran on the distance medley relay team that placed third with a time of 10:13.96 at the JDL DMR Invitational (Feb. 16) … Came in third in the 800m with a time of 1:52.03 at the Kent State Doug Raymond Invite (Feb. 9) … Placed fifth on the 4x400m relay team with a time of 3:16.01 at the Power Five Invitational (Feb. 2) … Took home first in the 600m with a time of 1:19.55 and fifth in the 800m with a time of 1:53.70 at the Hokie Invitational (Jan. 19) … Also placed fifth in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:20.97.

2018 Outdoor: Represented Pitt in the men’s 4x400m relay at the NCAA East Preliminary (May 24-26) … Earned All-ACC second team honors in the 4x400m relay (second, 3:07.99) at the ACC Outdoor Championships (May 10-12) … Had a personal best time of 1:50.29 in the 800m at ACC’s … Also competed at the Penn Relays, Virginia Challenge, Bison Outdoor Classic, Colonial Relays, Stanford Invitational and 49er Classic.

2017-18 Indoor: Earned a point for Pitt by placing eighth in the 800m with a personal best time of 1:51.77 at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 22-24) … Set a school record in the 600m with a time of 1:18.17 at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational (Jan. 26-27), placing first … Placed first in the 800m with a time of 1:52.07 as well as the 4x400 with a time of 3:12.81 at the Youngstown State College Invite (Jan. 19).

2017 Outdoor: Competed with Pitt’s 4x400m team at the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds (May 25) … Helped the 4x400m team place fourth and competed in the 800m at the ACC Outdoor Championship (May 12) …Helped the 4x400m relay team finish first at the Virginia Challenge (April21) … Recorded a personal-best in the 400m (48.66) at the Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket Invitational (March 17) … Finished second in the 800m at the Miami Hurricane Alumni Invitational (April 7).

2016-17 Indoor: Posted Pitt’s top performance of the season in the 800m with a time of 1:53.13 at the SPIRE Invitational (Feb. 10), finishing 13th … Three top-10 individual finishes … Helped the 4x400m relay team make three top-10 finishes … Helped the distance relay team finish in the top 10 twice, including a runner-up placement at the Penn State National Open (Jan. 27) at 10:07.61.
