2021 Outdoor: Competed in four meets for the Panthers… Finished second in the 400m hurdles at the Stan Romanoski Open (Mar 20) with a time of 57.97… Ran a career fastest time of 55.22 in the 400m hurdles at the Virginia Challenge (Apr 17) and placed 13^th… Came in 3^rd in the 400m hurdles finishing at 56.89 at the CMU March Meet (Mar 27) … Earned a spot on the ACC Honor Roll.

2020-2021 Indoor: Appeared in four meets during his freshman season… Ran the 400m in 52.74 at the Notre Dame Invitational (Jan 27) and finished seventh… Placed 19^th in the 400m at the Doc Hale Virginia Tech Elite (Feb 6^th) when he ran a 51.55… Finished at 51.70 in the 400m at the Virginia Tech Challenge (Feb 20) and placed 12^th.

High School: Was a four-year member of the track & field team at State College Area high school... earned First Team All-State honors during the 2020 indoor season... won a state championship in 2020 with the 4x800m relay squad... two-time Mid-Atlantic Athlete of the Year (2019, 2020)... helped his team win the 2019 indoor and outdoor state championship... USATF Mid-Atlantic Region 2 400m hurdles record holder... earned USATF All-America honors in 2020... five-time State medalist.
