2024-2025 Indoor: Geehrer competed in two meets for the Panthers this season…Placed seventh at the Penn State National Open in the 5000m with a time of 14:55.50.
2023-24 Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets for the Panthers. Geehrer posted a personal best in the 800 at the 2023 YSU
Indoor Track and Field Icebreaker (Dec. 1) with a time of 2:13.56, which placed him 48th. He recorded a first place finish in the 5000 at the Penn State National Open (Jan. 26-27) with a time of 14:36.13.
2023 Outdoor: Competed in four outdoor meets for the Panthers. Geehrer set a personal best in the 1500 at the UCF Black and Gold Invite as he recorded a time of 4:12.33.
2022-23 Indoor: Competed in two indoor meets for the Panthers. Geehrer’s best placement of the season came at Lenny Lyles Invitatinoal Indoor where he placed fourth in the 5000 with a time of 14:58.33. At the Tiger Paw Invite Geehrer recorded a personal best in the 3000 with a time of 8:20.03.
2022 Outdoor: Appeared in four meets for the Panthers… Competed at the WVU Stan Romanoksi Open (Mar. 18-19) and posted a personal best in the 3000m placing 3rd (8:41.55)… Finished in 3rd place (15:02.08) at the Carnegie Mellon University Invitational (Mar. 25-26)… Posted a personal best at Penn Relays with a time of 14:24.27 in the 5000m… Completed the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 12-14) 5000m earning 40th place (15:13.36).
2021-2022 Indoor: Did not compete in any meets as a freshman.
High School: Ran cross country and track at Fayetteville-Manlius High School for head coach Bill Artis… named 2020-21 Gatorade New York Cross Country Player of the Year… was the New York State Champion at the 2019 Nike Cross Country Regionals… has personal record times of 9:16.02 in the 3200m and 4:20.50 in the 1600m.
Personal: Son of Edward and Jennifer Geehrer… has one brother, Bryan… his other hobbies include videography and photography… lists his favorite athletes as Eric Jenkins and Michael Vick… his favorite movie is Fight Club… he can dunk a basketball on an 11-foot hoop… majoring in film & media studies.
