2016: Ran a 19:34.8 in the Carnegie Mellon Cross Country Invitational (3.1M) to place 8th… Finished 15th in the St. Vincent Invitational (6K) with a time of 24:18.5… Took 29th in the Tommy Evans Invitational (5K) by running a 19:36.0… Placed 32nd in the Duquesne Duals (5K) with a time of 20:08.5.

2015: In her first collegiate race, Hilton placed 27th overall at the Duquesne Duals, finishing with a time of 19:53.8 … Placed within the top 15 at the St. Vincent Invitational with an improved time of 19:48.7 ... Placed at the CMU Invitational with an overall time of 19:25.4.

HIGH SCHOOL: District 7 team champions and Observer Reporter Student Athlete of the Week her sophomore year ... She was the Pittsburgh Post Gazette All-section Soccer Select, had a ninth place finish in the 1600 meter race at the PIAA State Championships in "AA" and was WPIAL District 7 team champions her junior year ... Additionally, she played soccer, was a member of the National Honor Society, and had highest honor roll.
