2013 Outdoor:Finished eighth in the men[apos]s 300M dash at the Charlotte 49er Classic.

2012-13 Indoor:Posted a time of 8:53.75 in the 3,000M run at the Nittany Lion Challenge...ran in the men[apos]s 5,000M run at the Penn State National with a posted time of 15:43.78...posted a personal best time at the Akron Invitational in the men[apos]s 5,000 meter run with a posted time of 15:37.67.

2011-12 Indoor: A member of the fifth place 4x800M relay team at the Fred Hardy Invitational (8:16.37).

Cross Country:Finished 17^th(27:28.70) at the Cappy Anderson Invitational...ran a 28:22.01 at the Big East Championships...posted a 36:33.06 time at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional meet.

High School:Swomley was a four-time qualifier for the District Three Cross Country Championships in Pennsylvania and a 2009 state championship qualifier...was a District Three qualifier in the 3,200M run in 2009 and 2010 while finishing in seventh place in the 3,200M run at the district finals in 2010...ran a career best of 4:30 in the 1,600M run and a 9:36 in the 3,200M run...named to the 2009 All-Country Cross Country Team in York.
