2021-2022 Indoor: Competed in four indoor meets for Pitt as a graduate student … Placed eighth in the mile run with a 4:12.20 time at the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb. 4-5)… Was part of the Distance Medley Relay team that placed 11th in 9:56.01 at the ACC Indoor Championships.
2021 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets for the Panthers… Finished in ninth place at the ACC Outdoor Championships (May 15) in the 3000m steeplechase, breaking the school record with a time of 8:45.02… Also competed in the 5000m run at the ACC Outdoor Championships and finished in 29th place with a new personal record time of 14:18.54… Posted a win in the 3000m steeplechase at the Mountaineer Twilight (May 1) with a time of 8:45.75… Opened the season with a win at the Stan Romanoski Open (Mar. 20) in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 8:55.12… Set a new personal record time of 3:46.34, the eighth fastest in program history, in the 1500m at the Tennessee Relays (Apr. 10)… Earned a spot on the ACC Honor Roll for the fourth straight year.
2020-2021 Indoor: Competed in five meets during his senior campaign… Earned Second Team All-ACC honors in the distance medley relay at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27) as he helped the Panthers team take home second place in 9:42.29, the third fastest time in program history… Was a member of the Distance Medley Relay that brought home a win at the Notre Dame Invitational (Jan 27) when they finished at 9:54.72… Finished third and ran his career best mile time of 4:06.44 at the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb 13)… Named to the All-ACC Indoor Academic Team for the first time in his career.
2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019-20 Indoor: Competed in five meets for Pitt during his second indoor campaign... Took part in three events for the Panthers at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27) and collected a 11th place finish in the mile run with a personal record time of 4:08.77... Also competed in the 3000m run and distance medley relay at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27)... Opened his indoor campaign with a victory in the 5000m run at the Youngstown State Icebreaker (Dec. 6) as he finished in a personal record time of 14:47.92... Posted a personal record time of 8:17.80 in the 3000m run at the Virginia Tech Invitational (Jan. 17) while collecting third place overall... Helped the Panthers distance medley relay team earn the victory at the Penn State National (Jan. 31) with a season-best time of 9:51.86.
2019 Outdoor: Participated in the 3000m steeplechase at the NCAA Division I East Region Preliminary Rounds (May 25)… Set a career-best 14:56.73 in the 5000m and placed 16th in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:16.91 at the ACC Championships (May 11)… Finished second and set a career-best time of 3:54.06 at the Mountaineer Open (May 4)… Set a team and career-best in the 3000m steeplechase at 8:54.84 in the Penn Relays… The 8:54.84 time is the second best in program history in that event… Ran on the 4x800m relay team that placed first at the Cal U Early Bird (March 23) with a time of 7:43.17.
2018-19 Indoor: Ran on the 4x400m relay team that placed second with a time of 3:18.30 at the Kent State Doug Raymond Invite (Feb. 9)… Placed 21st in the mile at the Power Five Invitational (Feb. 2) with a time of 4:24.50.
High School: Two-time district medalist for cross country (2013, 2016)… As a freshman in 2013-14: Cumberland Valley made its first trip to the Pennsylvania state meet for cross country… was named First Team All-Northeast at the Freshman Footlocker Regional Race… As a sophomore in 2014-15: was a district medalist for cross country and went to the state meet… Was named First Team All-Northeast at the Sophomore Footlocker Regional Race… Was a district medalist in the 3200m in track and broke the sophomore 3200m school record; also competed at the state meet… As a junior in 2015-16: was named team captain for cross country … Competed at the outdoor state meet in the 3200m relay, placing 10th… As a senior in 2016-17: was team captain for cross country, indoor track and outdoor track… Was a district medalist for cross country… Named Cross Country Athlete of the Year… Competed individually at the state meet for cross country, qualified for indoor states in the mile and ran at outdoor states in the 3200m relay… National AP Scholar… Member of National Honor Society… Enjoys playing disc golf, spending time outside and hanging with friends and family… Volunteer work includes Project SHARE – helping kids from lower-income families; and participated in the Cumberland Valley Mini-THON.
