2021-2022 Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Panthers… Won the mile run at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 15) with a time of 4:06.43… Helped the Panthers place 11th in the Distance Medley Relay finishing with a 9:56.01 at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 26)… Ran in and won the Distance Medley Relay at the Bucknell Tune Up (Feb. 18) with a time of 9:54.10… Also ran in the Distance Medley Relay and won at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 15) finishing with a 9:59.79.
2021 Outdoor: Appeared in one meet for the Panthers… Ran in the 1500m steeplechase at the Stan Romanoksi Open (Mar 20) and finished second with a time of 4:19.99 … Earned a spot on the ACC Honor Roll for the second straight year.
2020-2021 Indoor: Competed in five meets during his junior season… Ran in and won the Distance Medley Relay (DMR) with a time of 9:54.72 at the Notre Dame Invitational (Jan 27)… Ran his career fastest mile in 4:03.46 and placed sixth at the Doc Hale Virginia Tech Elite (Feb 6)… Won in the mile at the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb 13) crossing the line at 4:04.08… Came in second at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb 27) in the DMR where they finished with a time of 9:42.29… Ran in the 3000m at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb 27) and placed 24th with a time of 8:25.23.
2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019-20 Indoor: Appeared in two meets during his sophomore indoor season... took home 10th place at the Boston University Opener (Dec. 7) in the 3000m with a personal record time of 8:20.76... notched a personal best time of 14:53.10 in the 5000m at the Virginia Tech Invitational (Jan. 17) as he took home fourth place in the event.
2019 Outdoor: Placed 19th in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:24.19 at the ACC Championships (May 11) … Set a career-best in the 3000m steeplechase at 8:59.71 at the Penn Relays (April 27) … Paced a career-best 3:52.44 in the 1500m at the Bison Outdoor Classic (April 14) … Got second-place in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:23.83 at the Cal U Early Bird (March 23).
2018-19 Indoor: Set a career-best in the mile at 4:16.86 to finish in fifth place and also ran on the 4x400m relay team that finished second with a time of 3:18.30 at the Kent State Doug Raymond Invite (Feb. 9) … Set a career-best 1:56.58 in the 800m to place fourth and also ran on the 4x800m relay team that placed first with a time of 7:48.23 at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 12).
High School: 2017 PIAA State Cross Country Champion … 2017 PCL Cross Country Champion … Helped La Salle set PCL all-time low score record (15 points) at league cross country championship
