2017-18 Season

Was a key contributor for the Panthers during his sophomore season
Place in two events and set three personal bests, including one Pitt record, at the ACC Championships (Feb. 21-24)
Placed 12th in the 100 Breast with a personal best 53.51
Set a new Pitt record in the 200 Breast of 1:56.04, placing 10th in preliminaries
Placed 12th in the finals of the 200 Breast
Finished 26th in preliminaries in 200 IM with a personal record of 1:47.18
Was a part of the 400 Medley relay team that finished 10th at ACCs

2016-17 Season

Established himself as an impact breaststroke and IM swimmer for the Panthers
As a freshman, excelled at Pitt’s biggest meets throughout the season
Advanced to consolation finals in both breast events at the Ohio State Invitational (Nov. 18-20)
Also competed at AT&T Winter Nationals (Dec. 1-3) in Atlanta
Concluded his debut collegiate season at the ACC Championships (Feb. 27-March 2)
Scored for the Panthers in the 100 breast, placing 18th with a career-best time of 54.12
Placed 26th in the 200 breast and 49th in the 200 IM at ACCs as well
Swam the 50- and 100-meter breast at the 2017 USA Swimming Championships (June 27-30)

High School

Won two individual silver medals at the 2016 PIAA Swimming Championships
Took second in the 100 breast and 200 IM
Set Mt. Lebanon school records in the 100 breast and 200 medley relay
Was a Junior Nationals qualifier in both events in 2015
Was the 2015 USA Futures Championships winner of the 200 breast and finished second in the 100
Helped guide his team to a Section 4 Championship as a junior
Propelled his 200 medley relay team to a third place finish at states and fifth in the 100 breast
Strength in the breaststroke led to national recognition as one of the country’s premier swimmers in the event
