2023-24 Indoor: Competed in four indoor meets for the Panthers. Henseler recorded a personal best at the Boston U Valentine Invitational (Feb. 9-10) in the 5000 with a time of 13:59.48. At the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 22-24), he posted a 32nd place finish in the 3000 with a time of 8:12.79 and and 24th place finish in the 5000 with a time of 14:13.52.

2023 Outdoor: Competed in four outdoor meets for the Panthers. Henseler recorded two personal records in the outdoor campaign with the first coming at Raleigh Relays. Here, he recorded a 10,000 time of 30:07.90. Next, at the Virginia Challenge he posted a 5000 time of 14:00.47 claiming eighth.

2022-23 Indoor: Competed in six indoor meets for the Panthers. Henseler’s best placement of the season came at the Tiger Paw Invite as he placed second in the 3000 with a time of 8:08.07. Earlier in the season he set a personal best in the same event at the Nittany Lion Challenge where he recorded a time of 8:06.22 claiming third place. Next, he set a personal best mile time at Lenny Lyles Invitational Indoor with a time of 4:10.58 claiming eighth.

2022 Outdoor: Appeared in two meets for the Panthers… Competed at the WVU Romanonski Open (Mar. 18-19) and finished with a personal best in the 1500m placing 1^st (4:03.20)… Posted a personal best at Raleigh Relays (Ma.r 24-26) taking home 46^th place (14:13.66) in the 5000m.

2021-2022 Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets in his sophomore season … Placed fourth and set a personal best in the 3000m at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet (Feb. 4-5) with a time of 8:11.70 … Placed seventh and set a personal best in the mile run at the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb. 11-12) with a 4:11.51 time … Participated in the 3000m and 5000m at the ACC Indoor Championships.

2021 Outdoor: Competed in five meets during his Freshman season… Won in the 5000m at the Mountaineer Twilight (May 1) with a time of 14:37.40… Finished second in the 3000m at 8:29.69 at the Stan Romanoski Open (Mar 20)… Ran a career fastest time of 14:21.35 in the 5000m at the ACC Outdoor Championships (May 15) and finished 33^rd… He would run another career best time during the ACC Outdoor Championships, this time in the 10,000m and would finish at 30:28.46 placing 30^th .

2020-2021 Indoor: Appeared in five meets for the Panthers… Won the 5000m at the Virginia Tech Challenge (Feb 20) crossing the line at 14:41.77… Ran a career best 3000m time of 8:22.12 at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb 27) and came in 21^st… Finished third in the 3000m at the Doc Hale Virginia Tech Elite (Feb 6) with a time of 8:24.10.

High School: Ran cross country and track & field at Bishop Hendricken High School for head coach Jim Doyle… was the State Champion in cross country during his senior season… earned All-State cross country honors twice during his career… posted cross country All-Class A honors three times… owns two school records in cross country as he posted a personal record time of 15:09 in the 5000m and 12:34 in the 4000m during his senior season… named All-State in the outdoor 3000m as a sophomore and junior… posted a school record time of 9:12 in the 2 mile run during his senior indoor season… has an indoor PR of 4:06 in the 1500m run and outdoor PR’s of 9:19 (3200m) and 8:40 (3000m).
