HIGH SCHOOL: A first-team All-Allegheny Conference performer at tight end and defensive end for Avonworth…helped the Antelopes to a combined 19-3 record (.864) over his final two varsity seasons…as a junior, Avonworth went 15-1, winning the WPIAL Class 2A championship—the program’s first since 1959—and advancing to the PIAA Class 2A final…during that historic season, Faulkner averaged 20.3 yards per catch (19 receptions for 386 yards) with eight touchdowns, while collecting 66 tackles, 13 TFLs and seven sacks on defense…played under Coach Duke Johncour.
