2019: Played in all 12 regular-season games, making one start (at Syracuse)...starting assignment came as Pitt opened in a nickel package against the Orange...in addition to reserve duty at safety, saw significant special teams action throughout the season...totaled four tackles on the year.
2018: Played in all 14 games, serving on special teams and as a reserve safety…had eight tackles, one interception and one forced fumble on the year…made the game-clinching play in Pitt's 44-37 win over Syracuse when he intercepted Eric Dungey in the end zone in overtime...Coleman snatched Dungey's pass away from Orange receiver Nykeim Johnson, marking the first interception of his Pitt career…had a season-high two tackles in three separate games (Albany, Syracuse and Duke)…forced a fumble at UCF.
