2024: Enrolled at the University of Pittsburgh in January 2024 following his transfer from Nebraska…played in 13 games, starting three at cornerback…starts came against Virginia, Clemson and the GameAbove Sports Bowl against Toledo…totaled 36 tackles, two tackles for loss, one sack, one interception and seven pass breakups on the year…had a career-high seven stops, a sack and his first collegiate interception against Virginia…logged four tackles in four separate games (Cincinnati, Youngstown State, SMU and Toledo).
AT NEBRASKA (2020-23): Played in 24 games, making one start at cornerback for the Cornhuskers…in his final season, played in all 12 games, making one start (against Northwestern)…totaled 12 tackles, two forced fumbles and one sack on the year…had a season-high three stops against Michigan…had a 12-yard sack at Colorado, forcing a fumble that the Cornhuskers recovered…Academic All-Big Ten…four-time Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll member.
HIGH SCHOOL: Compiled 44 tackles, 11 pass breakups, two interceptions and one forced fumble as a senior under Evans coach Karlos Odum.
PERSONAL: Son of Tommy Lynum and the late Shaquana Lynum…has one brother…earned his bachelor’s degree in education and human development from Nebraska…enrolled in Pitt’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.
