Justice Rawlins joined the University of Pittsburgh athletic department in January 2023 as an Assistant Director of Compliance and transitioned to the Recruiting Operations Coordinator role in May 2024. In 2025, he was named Director of Football Administration.
Prior to arriving at Pitt, Rawlins spent the previous year as the Assistant Director of Compliance at his alma mater, Duquesne University. He began his career as the Compliance Coordinator at Princeton University shortly after graduating from law school.
A 2018 graduate of Duquesne with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Rawlins was a member of the Dukes football team and helped Duquesne win the 2016 NEC championship. After graduating, he enrolled at New England Law | Boston, where he served as treasurer of both the Black Law Students Association and the Sports & Entertainment Law Association. Rawlins graduated from NELB with an Intellectual Property Law Certificate and is now a licensed attorney in Washington, D.C.
A native of Monessen, Pa., Rawlins currently resides in Baldwin with his wife, Bria, and their cat, Aspen.
