Joshua Pierrejean enters his first season on the Pitt football staff and serves as the program’s assistant director of player personnel.
Pierrejean arrives in Pittsburgh very familiar with the Atlantic Coast Conference. He spent the prior four years as Boston College’s assistant director of player personnel and was heavily involved in coordinating the Eagles’ recruiting efforts.
During his tenure, Boston College’s recruiting rankings elevated significantly as the Eagles signed consecutive classes rated among the nation’s Top 40.
Prior to embarking on a career in college football, Pierrejean worked in business development in the Greater Boston area.
Pierrejean is a 2017 graduate of Bridgewater State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management. He was a member of the football and track and field teams as an undergraduate.
Pierrejean earned a master’s degree in sports administration from Boston College in 2022.
