2023: Played in 11 games, starting four contests at tight end...compiled 12 catches for 175 yards (14.6 avg.) and two touchdowns...posted career highs with six catches for 55 yards (including a 21-yard touchdown) at Duke...had a one-yard TD catch against Wofford...named to the All-ACC Academic Football Team.
2022: Played in 12 games, making two starts at tight end…starts came in consecutive games against Virginia Tech and Louisville…lone missed contest was the West Virginia opener due to health…totaled six catches for 89 yards (14.8 avg.) on the year…had a season-high two catches (for 20 yards) against Georgia Tech…had a season-long 41-yard reception against Rhode Island.
PRIOR TO PITT: Spent two seasons (2020-21) at Butler (Kan.) Community College, where he converted from a defensive line prospect into a tight end…compiled career totals of 22 catches for 293 yards (13.3 avg.) and four touchdowns in 13 games for the Grizzlies…originally signed with Texas Christian as a defensive lineman in 2019…did not appear in any games as a freshman at TCU and subsequently transferred to Butler.
