2022: Appeared in six meets for the Panthers… Completed in the Virginia Invitational (Sep. 16) and earned a personal best time of 18:05.40 in the 6k securing 15^th place… Set a personal best in the 5M at the Joe Piane Invitational placing 39^th with a time of 24:06.60… Notched 43^rd with a time of 24:28.00 at the Weis-Crockett Invitational (Oct. 15)… Set a personal best time in the 8k at ACC Championships placing 59^th and posted a time of 24:04.50… At the NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 19) earned a personal best in the 10k with a time 30:18.70… Wrapped up the 2022 campaign at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships and notched 195^th with a time of 30:59.20.

2021: Competed in all five meets… Kicked off the year with a 5^th place finish in 19:15.20 at the Yinzer Classic (Sept. 3)… Posted a season-best 8K time of 24:38.30 and finished in 60^th place at the Joe Piane Invitational (Oct. 1)… Finished the Penn State Invitational Open (Oct. 15) in 25:59.80, good for 11^th place… Completed the ACC Cross Country Championships (Oct. 29) in 24:55.90, finishing in 71^st place… Ended the year with a 31:46.20 time in the 10K at the Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 12).

2020: Competed in two meets during an abbreviated season due to the Covid-19 Pandemic… finished in 44^th place at the ACC Cross Country Championships (10/30) with a season-best time of 24:12.70… posted a 13^th place finish in the season opener at Navy (10/2) as he crossed the finish line in 25:00.62.

High School: Ran cross country and track & field at Bishop Hendricken High School for head coach Jim Doyle… was the State Champion in cross country during his senior season… earned All-State cross country honors twice during his career… posted cross country All-Class A honors three times… owns two school records in cross country as he posted a personal record time of 15:09 in the 5000m and 12:34 in the 4000m during his senior season… named All-State in the outdoor 3000m as a sophomore and junior… posted a school record time of 9:12 in the 2 mile run during his senior indoor season… has an indoor PR of 4:06 in the 1500m run and outdoor PR’s of 9:19 (3200m) and 8:40 (3000m).
