2025: Raced in all six meets... began the year with a second place medal at the Panther Opener, completing the 3.11M course with a time of 17:40.1... nearly ran the 6K in under 21 minutes at the Paul Short Run, ended with a personal best time of 21:00.7.

2024: Competed in five meets during her freshman campaign... closed out her first year on a high note, racing to a 69th place finish at the 2024 NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships and recording a 6k personal best in the process. Cook was the fourth Panther to cross the line at the meet with a time of 21:32.2.

High School: Ran cross country and track at Westtown School for head coaches Ron Tabb and Bill Stull... holds the school record in the 800m (2:14.09), the 1600m (4:55.84), and the 3200m (11:03.32), as well as the 5k... was also a member of the lacrosse team.

Personal: Daughter of Sean and Angie Cook... has two siblings, Rose and Dillon... enjoys roller coasters, traveling, and playing the flute...lists favorite foods as sushi, mango smoothies and pineapple... favorite athlete is Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone... favorite TV show is Love Island... volunteers as an EMT and intends to pursue the pre-med track and attend medical school.
