Am I automatically included if I had 2025 volleyball season tickets?
Yes. All 2025 season ticket holders will automatically be entered into the 2026 seat selection process. You do not need to submit the interest form.
How do I participate in the 2026 seat selection process?
Fans interested in 2026 season tickets must submit the season ticket interest form to be included in the seat selection process. All eligible participants will receive a designated time to select seats in the new Victory Heights arena in July.
I was on the previous season ticket waitlist. Am I automatically included?
No. Due to the transition to the new arena, all fans, including those previously on the waitlist, must fill out the new interest form to be included in the 2026 seat selection process. Prior waitlist status will not carry over.
How is my seat selection time determined?
Seat selection times will be assigned based on your Panther Club giving level, followed by priority point rank within each level. Please review the “Seat Selection Order” for a breakdown of each giving level, as well as the “Priority Points” section for details on how to increase your rank. What happens if I am not selected for season tickets?
Fans who filled out the season ticket interest form and who are not selected for season tickets will receive access to an exclusive pre-sale for single match tickets and will be automatically put on the waitlist for future season tickets.
What is the 65% usage rate requirement?
To maintain eligibility for season tickets for future seasons, 2026 season ticket holders must scan into at least 65% of home matches using their tickets. Usage is defined as at least one ticket being scanned per game. For example, if you have four tickets and only two are used for a match, those scans still count toward your overall usage rate. Tickets that are transferred to friends or family and scanned will also count toward your attendance.
