Pitching

Package 1: September 9, 16, 23, 30

Cost: $325
Time: 6-7:30 PM

“Developing Your Toolbox”
- Specific warm-up, band-work, plyos and activation series to prep for pitching workout
- Spend an hour each week (after a 30 minute extensive warm-up series) strengthening your best (and developing weaker, or new) pitches, along with learning how to utilize each of your pitches for in-game success.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS: September 12, 19, 26

Cost: $75
Two sessions per date (Session 1, Session 2)

Session 1 5:30-7:00pm / Session 2 7:00-8:30pm
- Live Rapsodo data and video collection for each pitch + instruction
- Warm-up led by Pitt coaches/players
- Spend just over an hour getting individualized instruction based off your ENTIRE Rapsodo data and video real time (including breakdown instruction of your own pitching videos, gyro degree, spin direction, max velo per pitch, spin comparison, 3D visualization, horizontal and vertical break averages, max’s etc.)

Hitting

This 1-hour academy will cover all the fundamentals for becoming an elite hitter. Each week will build off the previous week. Instruction will include the Pitt Softball Assistant Coaching Staff.
