Donation Requests
Pitt Athletics remains committed to supporting community members. Despite receiving a high volume of requests and NCAA rules we do our best to accommodate requests. Requests must be submitted 30 days before your event to allow time for processing, and due to high volume this cannot be expedited. The below form is for donation request and not group tickets, if you are seeking to request group tickets please fill out our ticket information request form.
Please be aware of the following criteria for receiving a donation:
- Requests outside Western Pennsylvania will not be fulfilled
- Only one request per individual/organization will be permitted per year
- Your event should not be centered around the anticipation of receiving a donation but rather a donation should be an added element to your event
- Donations are determined on a case-to-case basis with emphasis placed on non-profit organizations that align with our commitment to Youth Sports, Critical Health Issues, and Education
- You must provide your organizations Tax ID information
- The maximum amount of tickets you can receive for a donation is 4 tickets
- Due to NCAA rules requests that benefit individuals in grades 9-12, high schools, high school programs, or non-scholastic groups with 9th - 12th grade individuals cannot be fulfilled.
Pitt Athletics fulfills donation requests in the form of Ticket Vouchers and will not provide memorabilia or monetary donations. No more than four tickets may be requested.
Requests will be given serious consideration but understand that we are not able to guarantee fulfillment of each request. Due to a high volume of requests we are unable to provide status reports or updates for submitted donation requests.
