NO REFUNDS - NO EXCHANGES - NO RE-ENTRY WARNING: Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the actual event and agrees that the University, its agents, and event participants are not liable for any injuries resulting from attendance. The University is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property. The Panthers Thank You for Your Support! This ticket is a revocable license and may be revoked by management, in its sole discretion, at any time. By way of example only, management reserves the right to revoke the license, deny entry, and/or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or inappropriate. Smoking is prohibited. Strollers, cans, glass containers, oversized items or containers, and other items that could interfere with the enjoyment or safety of other patrons, in management's sole discretion, are prohibited. Only those signs, banners, and other items that contain messages deemed reasonable by management are permitted. Holder consents to search of holder's person and property as a condition of admission to the event. Holder may not solicit, nor distribute literature or other items, on premises without the prior written consent of the University of Pittsburgh. Except as authorized by the University and permitted by law, this ticket may not be resold or used in any manner as a part of any contest, promotion, or advertisement without the prior written consent of the University of Pittsburgh. Tickets not purchased through a properly authorized agency may not be valid and holder may be denied admission or ejected. The University is not responsible for and may not replace lost or stolen tickets. All persons over the age of one year must present a ticket for admission. Holder is prohibited from transmitting or recording any part of the event. Holder grants the University the authority to display or otherwise use holder's image, voice, and likeness as a part of any telecast, transmission, depiction, production, or other record of the event, in whole or in part, and to record such image, voice, and/or likeness and to use the same for any purpose, in the University's sole discretion. The date and/or time of event may be changed. Holder must comply with all applicable stadium policies and procedures.
