2021-22 Indoor: Competed in six indoor meets as a graduate student … set a personal best and the program’s second-best mark in the heptathlon with 5344 points at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-26) … Finished fourth place in the Heptathlon at the ACC Indoor Championships to score five points and earn Second Team All-ACC honors for the first time in his career in the event … Took third place and set a personal best in the 300m dash at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 15) with a time of 34.80 seconds … Set a personal best in the 60m hurdles (8.24) at the YSU Icebreaker (Dec. 3) … Placed fourth in the 60m hurdles at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet (Feb. 4-5).

2021 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets during his senior season… Earned Honorable Mention All-America honors at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (Jun 12) as a member of the 4x400m relay team that finished in 18^th place with a time of 3:09.97… Posted an 11^th place finish in the 4x400m relay at the NCAA East Preliminary Round (May 29) as the squad finished in 3:06.92, the fifth fastest time in program history… Ran the 400m hurdles at the ACC Outdoor Championships (May 15), finishing in 10^th place in 53.61… Named to the ACC Honor Roll.

2020-2021 Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Panthers… Ran a career fastest 8.34 in the 60m hurdles and finished third at the Notre Dame Invitational (Jan 27)… Had a career best high jump of 5’8.75” (1.75m) at the Virginia Tech Challenge while placing fourth… Finished ninth at the Notre Dame Invitational (Jan 27) in shot put when he set a new career long throw of 42’6.75” (12.97m)… Ran in the Distance Medley Relay at the Camel City Invitational (Feb 20) where he and his teammates crossed the line at 9:48.22 and finished fourth.

2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 Indoor: Competed in seven meets during his junior indoor campaign for Pitt... One of the best athletes on the squad, he posted an eighth place finish in the heptathlon at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27) as he accumulated 4,632 points and earned one team point... Posted a personal record time of 8.47 seconds in the 60m hurdles (heptathlon) to collect the win at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27)... Also won the 1000m run (heptathlon) with a time of 2:45.07 at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27)... Had a season-best time of 35.42 seconds in the 300m dash at the Virginia Tech Invitational (Jan. 17) as he finished in 15th place... Posted a 17th place finish in the 600m dash at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 11) as he finished in 1:24.20... Had a personal record shot put toss that traveled 38'11.75" (11.88m) at the Doug Raymond National (Feb. 14).

2019 Outdoor: Placed eighth and set a career-best in the decathlon with 5999 points at the ACC Championships (May 11) … Came in fourth in the 200m with a time of 23.38 at the Akron-Campbell Wright Open (May 4) … Finished fifth in the 110m hurdles with a time of 15.11 at the Bison Outdoor Classic (April 14) … Set a career-best in discus with a throw of 36.29m to place fifth at the Virginia Four-Team Challenge (April 6) … Also finished third in the long jump with a jump of 6.44 m and fifth in the 100m with a time of 11.50) … Set personal-bests in the 200m of 23.31 and 800m of 2:06.74 at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (March 16).

2018-19 Indoor: Set a career-best in the heptathlon at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 23) with a total of 4771 points… Came in fifth in the heptathlon with 4610 points at the Power Five Invitational (Feb. 2)… Set a career-best in the 300m of 35.87 at the Hokie Invitational (Jan. 19)… Placed sixth in the 60m hurdles and set a career-best time of 8.47 at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 12)… Finished fourth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.48 at the Youngstown State Icebreaker (Dec. 7).

2018 Outdoor: Competed in the CMU Quad Meet (Mar. 31) in the 400m with a season best of 52.05… Participated in the Virginia Challenge (Apr. 20-21) in the 1500m finishing third, with a PR of 4:36.91… Also participated in the Bison Outdoor Classic (Apr. 14-15) in the 110m hurdles placing 17th with 16.09.

2017-18 Indoor: Competed at three meets… Recorded a personal best 7.54 in the 60m at the Kent State National Qualifier (Feb. 10), finishing 15th… Posted a PR of 1:30.40 in the 600m at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 13), finishing 20th… Recorded a PR of 8.72 in the 60 hurdles at the Kent State National Qualifier (Feb. 10), finishing 18th… Tallied a PR of 5.81m in the long jump at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 13), finishing 19th… Recorded a PR 10.20m in the shot put at the Youngstown State College Invite (Jan. 19), finishing 44th.
