2022: Appeared in four meets for the Panthers… Placed 25th with a time of 18:22.40 and set a personal best at the Virginia Invitational (Sep. 16) in the 6k… Set a personal best in the 5M at the Joe Piane Invitational with a time of 25:11.20, securing 146th place…. Notched 142nd with a time of 25:30.50 and set a personal best at the Weis-Crockett Invitational (Oct. 15)

High School: Ran cross country and track at Kent Island for head coach Kristen Park… was a cross country Maryland 2A State medalist (2nd place) during his sophomore season… was one of four runners to break previous state record… set five cross country course records (including home course) during his senior season (2021)… on the track, he owns three school records in the 4x800m relay (8:10.82), 1600m (4:17.60) and 3200m (9:24.40)… was the 2021 Outdoor 2A State Champion in the 1600m and 3200m… medalist (2nd place) in the 800m at the outdoor 2A State Meet… earned the 2021 Bayside Athletic Conference Senior Scholar Athlete Award.
