2021: Competed in one meet… Posted a 16:41.40 time and finished in 66^th place at the Yinzer Classic (Sept. 3).

2020: Competed in two meets during an abbreviated season due to the Covid-19 Pandemic… posted a 17^th place finish in the Panther Open (10/16) against West Virginia with a season-best time of 20:27.20… took home 125^th place at the ACC Cross Country Championships (10/30) in 23:57.00… earned ACC Honor Roll honors for the first time in her career.

High School: Four-year varsity letter winner at Upper Merion High School in cross country and track & field… her sophomore year she was a District 1 champion in cross country and a State qualifier... in outdoor track she was a District 1 champion in the 4x800m relay and qualified for the State Championships... junior year she was a PAC League Champion in Cross Country, top point earner for track, a PAC champion in the mile and 4x800m, a District 1 champion and state qualifier in the 800m... as a senior she was a PAC League Champion, a State qualifier in cross country and earned PAC League Citizenship Award and Upper Merion’s Outstanding Female Athlete of the Year Award for the class of 2020.

Personal: Born on August 12, 2002… daughter of Dae and Scott Sanchez… has one sister, June… her hobbies include sewing, ballet and cooking... her favorite movie is Lady Bird… her favorite TV shows are Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Younger, and Stranger Things... she is an undecided major at Pitt.
