2021: Competed in three meets… Opened the season with a time of 26:48.20 in the Penn State National Open (Oct. 15)… Posted a time of 25:40.00 in the ACC Cross Country Championships (Oct. 29), finishing in 98^th place… Ended the year with a 10K time of 31:57.10 and a 43^rd place finish in the Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 12).

2020: Competed in one meet during an abbreviated season due to the Covid-19 Pandemic… took home 26^th place in the season opener at Navy (10/2) with a season-best time of 25:53.20… earned ACC Honor Roll honors for the second time in his career.

2019: Competed in three meets for the Panthers during his sophomore cross country campaign... Posted a 10K personal record time of 31:57.50 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals (Nov. 15) as he was able to be the fourth Panther across the line and finished in 59th place overall... Posted the fourth best time on the team at the ACC Cross Country Championships (Nov. 1) finishing in 26:43.10... Had a season-best 8K time of 26:00.80 at the Arturo Barrios Invitational (Oct. 19).

2018: Placed 44^th and second on the team at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 9) with a time of 32:33 … Finished 101st at the ACC Cross Country Championship (Oct. 26) with his best time of the season at 25:38.80 … Completed the Duquesne Duals (Sept. 1) with a time of 26:29.00 to finish in 13th-place … Came in 31^st-place with a time of 27:04 at the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational (Sept. 7).

High School: As a junior in 2016-17: Placed second as a team in Chesmont All-League cross country meet... As a senior in 2017-18: Placed third as a team in All State indoor 3000m... Set school record for indoor 3k... Graduated with Cum Laude as an AP scholar with honors... Is an Eagle Scout.
